The New Health Care(Obamacare)is a law, which has been enacted in the United states since 2013. It it true that most Koreans, who get used to Konglish(broken English used by Koreans) including me, are not very familiar with English. The quick temper of Koreans may contribute to part of the reason of such rampant distortion of Obamacare. They do not find out the truth by searching reliable materials in English, but just rely on internet contents from an unknown source, believe them, and even spread them. I deeply regret that I also have done that way. Now that I finally realize, I will carefully study dependable materials in English with desperately praying. I will correct these errors and distortion, such as "Obamacare law requires Verichip, the number 666, implanted in all of us", "Verichip has a GPS system, tracking capability", "Verichip contains 128 of genetic information", or "There is a certain period of compulsory implanting Verichip",
from sources Christians who are versed in English have studied on. It might occur the danger leading us to the wrong message or even heresy, if we do not carefully read the bible but believe unconfirmed internet contents from an unknown source without question. We should always keep in mind that our spirits be depended upon, and stay alert about the fact that Satan is watching for an opportunity to attack our spirits. The bill that was not passed by Congress contains a section about Verichip, but not the replace ment bill(H.R. 3590) and the final version of reconciliation bill(H.R 4872-Final), which were actually enacted by Congress. It means Verichip was not the number 666, even if the bill(H.R. 3200) would be passed. However, it does not mean I deny the number 666 itself from Revelation. If I denied the number 666, I would be denying the part of the bible. Whether Verichip is the number 666 or not, it would be right not to receive Verichip just due to the vulnerable security of personal information. Approved by the FDA, a class Ⅱ implantable device is a "implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information."

This sort of device would be implanted in the majority of people who opt to become covered by the public health care option. With the reform of the private insurance companies, who charge outrageous rates, many people will switch their coverage to a more affordable insurance plan. This means the number of people who choose the public option will increase. This also means the number of people chipped will be plentiful as well. The adults who choose to have a chip implanted are the lucky(yes, lucky if you're a Govt Control Libtard) ones in this case. Children who are "born in the United States who at the time of birth is not otherwise covered under acceptable coverage" will be qualified and placed into the CHIP or Children's Health Insurance Program(what a convenient name). With a name like CHIP it would seem consistent to have the chip implanted into a child. Children conceived by parents who are already covered under the public option will more than likey be implanted with a chip by the consent of the parent. Eventually everyone will be implanted with a chip. And with the prive and coverage of the public option being so competitive with the private companies, the private company may not survive.

Origins: "Big Brother" rumors(often linked to the "mark of the beast" referenced in Revelation 13:16-18) warning that the government will ultimately require all citizens to be implanted with microchips have been around just about as long as microchips have, and specific claims that health care reform legislation will require such implantations date to the Clinton administration. So, the warning reproduced above - that health care reform legislation passed by the U.S. Congress in 2010 would require that "this sort of device be implanted in the majority of people who opt to become covered by the public health care option" - is nothing new under the sun. This warning is also just as false as all such previous rumors, a combination of someone's using inapplicable source material and also misunderstanding the meaning of the information contained within that source.

First off, the referenced information was not part of the "Obamacare" health care legislation actually enacted by Congress. The page numbers and language cited in the example above were taken from HR 3200, an early House version of health care reform legislation which was never passed by Congress. Passages cited from HR 3200 are therefore irrelevant as that bill was never signed into law, and the cited wording did not appear in the replacement bill(HR 3590) eventually passed as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Likewise, although similar language was included in initial versions of the subsequent reconciliation bill(HR 4872), it too did not appear in the final version of that bill as passed by Congress.

Second, nothing in any of those unpassed bills mandated that anyone be implanted with any type of microchip or device, for any reason. The passages quoted above reference a section of the legislation that simply called for the creation of a registry which would allow the Department of Health and Human Services to collect data about medical devices "used in or on a patient" (including devices which patients consent to have implanted in them during surgery, such as pacemakers) for purposes that include tracking the effectiveness of such devices and facilitating the distribution of manufacturer recall notices. Absolutely nothing in those bills required that patients receive any type of implantable device(microchip or otherwise) or authorized the government to mandate the implantation of devices in patients.

ANTENNA 기능에 대한 심각한 왜곡을 알아야 합니다.우리는 베리칩에서 보낸 신호를 인공위성에서 감지해서 베리칩을 받은 사람의 위치를 정확하게 추적하게 된다고 들었는데 실상은 그렇지 않습니다. 베리칩에서 나오는 신호는 매우 미약한데 그 신호를 공중에 있는 인공위성이 잡을 수 없습니다. 베리칩에서 나오는 신호는 지향성이 없기 때문에 1/거리의 제곱의 비율로 감소합니다. 인공위성에서 신호 수신 감도를 아무리 높여도 신호를 감지 하기 위해서는 인공위성의 안테나가 거의 제작할 수 없는 크기 정도가 되어야 합니다. 신호를 수신 한다고해도 한 개의 위성으로는 위치를 판독할 수 없습니다. 하늘에는 GPS라는 위성이 있습니다. 여러 개의 위성으로부터 신호를 수신해서 위성으로부터 도달하는데 걸린 시간 차이를 계산하면 위치를 알아낼 수 있습니다.(지진파 관측 방법과 같습니다 - 진앙지를 정확하게 찾아냅니다.) GPS 위성을 이용해야 합니다. 실시간 위치를 추적하기 위해서는 기지국이 있어야 합니다. 그런데 베리칩을 위해 전 세계에 기지국을 설치하기는 어렵습니다. 아마도 핸드폰을 이용하게 될 것 같습니다. 핸드폰이나 스마트폰에 베리칩 인식기능을 추가하게 되면 핸드폰의 분실에 따른 보안문제도 해결되고 주변의 베리칩의 위치정보를 쉽게 추적, 저장할 수 있게 됩니다. 위치추적은 인공위성을 통하지 않고 기지국이나 단말기를 통해 하게 됩니다.
