1. 들어가며

  성탄절은 예수께서 이 세상에 탄생한 날을 기념하는 절기다. 그런데 그분의 탄생은 여느 사람들의 태어남과는 다른 것이 있다. 그것은 그분의 탄생에 관하여 미리 수백 수천 년 전부터 예고되어 있었다는 점이다. 사람이 이 세상에 태어나기 전부터 그가 어디에서 태어나며 어떤 혈통 아래에서 그리고 어떤 방식으로 태어날 것인지 예고된 사람은 지금까지 예수님 이외에는 단 한 사람도 존재하지 않는다. 그것은 그분의 탄생이야말로 온 인류에게 기쁨을 안겨줄 좋은 소식이 될 것을 말해 준다. 그중에 오늘은 그분의 탄생 장소에 관한 예언의 말씀을 통하여 오직 예수님만이 온 인류의 목자가 되신다는 것을 살펴보고자 한다. 다시금 예수께서는 왜 베들레헴 출신이어야 하는지 그리고 온 인류를 구원하기 위해 이 땅에 오실 목자는 어떤 사람이어야 하는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 그래서 우리는 예수님 이외에 다른 약속된 목자는 존재하지 않는다는 것을 확인해 보고자 한다. 

 

2.  동방박사들은 왜 목숨을 내건 모험을 감행해야 했는가?

  지금으로부터 약 2천 년 전에 예수께서 이 세상에 탄생하셨다. 그런데 예수께서 탄생하신 것을 알고 축하하러 온 이스라엘 나라 사람들은 단 한 명도 없었다. 그러자 한 천사가 나타나 그날 밤 구주의 탄생 소식을 알려주었으니, 그때 밖에서 양을 지키던 목자들이 태어난 아기를 찾아가서 경배하였다. 그런데 이와 별도로 하늘의 별들만을 연구하는 학자들이 이스라엘 밖에 있었다. 그들은 밤 하늘에서 과연 무엇을 보았을까? 그들은 왜 자기 나라의 왕자가 아니라 약소국 그것도 로마의 속국인 유대 나라의 왕자로 탄생한 아기 예수님을 경배하기 위해 그 먼 거리를 찾아온 것인가? 그들은 교통도 발달하지 않은 시대에 살았다. 그리고 자기들의 안전도 담보할 수 없는 상태에서 찾아왔다. 그들은 왜 자기의 목숨을 담보한 기나긴 여행을 시작한 것인가? 결론적으로 본다면 그들은 태어난 아기를 한 번 만나서 보고 그분께 예물을 드려 경배하는 것을 자신의 목숨보다 더 소중히 여긴 것이다. 그러므로 우리는 이 사실을 통해서 알 수 있는 것은 그날 태어난 아기 예수는 단순히 한 나라의 왕자가 아니라 온 인류에 영향을 미칠 위대한 왕의 탄생이라는 것을 말이다. 

 

3. 온 인류를 구원할 위대한 왕을 이 세상 사람들은 과연 어떻게 알아볼 수 있는가?

  동방박사들은 비록 자기가 성경 말씀은 가지고 있지 않았지만 하늘에 떠 있는 별의 움직임을 통하여, 그때 그 별이 위대한 왕의 탄생을 알려 주는 것을 믿었다. 그리고는 장장 800km나 되는 머나먼 여행을 감행하였다. 하지만 그들은 그 왕자가 정확히 어디에서 탄생할 것인지는 모른 채 달려왔다. 그래서 그 먼 예루살렘으로 향하게 된다. 유대인의 왕이 될 자는 응당 유대 나라의 왕궁에서 태어날 것이라고 생각했기 때문이다. 하지만 당시 헤롯 궁정에는 아기가 태어나지 않았다. 당시 유대 임금은 헤롯대왕(B.C.73~4)이었는데, 예수께서 태어날 당시 그는 69세로서 자기의 아들들도 이미 장성한 상태에 있었다. 그러므로 권력욕이 강했던 헤롯대왕은 새로운 왕의 탄생에 위협을 느낀 나머지 즉시 대제사장들과 백성의 서기관들을 불러 모아 그리스도가 태어날 장소가 어딘지를 물어보았다. 그러자 그들은 즉시 미가의 예언의 말씀을 찾아내었고, 그곳은 베들레헴이라고 가르쳐 주었다. 우리는 여기서 아주 중요한 말씀을 살펴볼 수 있다. 그것은 그리스도 곧 인류를 구원할 왕적 통치자의 탄생이 우연히 발생한 것이 아니라 이미 예언된 채 있는 말씀을 이루기 위함이었다는 사실을 말이다. 그러므로 오늘날 누군가 나타나서 내가 바로 예수님이 예언한 약속한 목자요, 내가 재림 예수라고 아무리 떠들어댄다고 할지라도 그가 가짜인 것을 구분할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 성경에 예언되어 있지 않으면 그러한 목자와 구원자는 다 가짜일 것이기 때문이다. 

 

4. 온 인류를 죄와 죽음과 마귀로부터 구출할 구원자의 탄생에 관한 대표적인 예언은 무엇인가?

  온 인류를 죄와 죽음과 마귀로부터 구출할 구원자에 관한 예언들 중에서 제일 오래된 것은 B.C.4000년경에 하나님께서 말씀해 주신 것이다. 그것은 '여자의 후손'을 통해서 구원자를 보내 주실 것이라고 한 것이다(창3:15). 그러다가 B.C.995년경 나단 선지자는 그분은 다윗의 혈통에서 태어날 것이라고 하였다(삼하7:14). 그리고 B.C.734년경 이사야 선지자는 그분을 낳게 될 여자는 '처녀'일 것이라고 예언해 주었으며(사7:14), 그분이야말로 하나님께서 우리와 함께 하기 위해 사람이 되실 분으로서, 아기이자 아들로 오실 전능한 하나님이라고 말해 주었다(사7:14, 9:6). 그리고 B.C.700년경 미가 선지자는 그분은 유대 땅 베들레헴에서 태어나실 것이라고 예언하였다(미5:2). 다시 말해 다윗의 혈통에서 태어날 인류의 구원자는 다윗의 고향인 베들레헴에서 탄생할 것이라고 한 것이다. 그렇다면 미가 선지자의 예언의 내용은 구체적으로 대체 어떤 것인가? 그것은 다음과 같다. 

미5:2 [너] 베들레헴 에브라다야 너는 유다 족속 중에 작을지라도 이스라엘을 다스릴 자가 네게서 내게로(나를 위하여) 나올 것이라. 그의 근본(기원)은 상고에(옛적부터이며), 영원에(영원부터) 있느니라

 

5. 미가 선지자의 예언에 따른다면 온 인류를 구원할 분은 어떤 사람이라고 예언되어 있는가?

  이처럼 온 인류의 구원자에 관한 예언 중에서 미가의 예언은 좀 특별하다고 할 수 있다. 그런데 이러한 미가의 예언을 인용하고 있는 신약의 마태복음 기자는 히브리어로 기록된 구약성경을 사용하지 않고 그것을 헬라어로 번역한 70인역 성경을 인용하였다(이러한 일은 특별한 하나님의 섭리로 보아야 한다). 그리고 70인역에 따르면, 온 인류를 구원할 메시야는 다음과 같은 3가지 조건을 가지고 있어야 한다고 하였다(마2:5~6). 첫째, 그분은 다윗의 고향인 유대 나라의 베들레헴에서 탄생해야 한다. 둘째, 그분은 먼저 계신 주권자로서 스스로 자신을 드러낼 것이다. 셋째, 그분은 하나님의 백성인 온 이스라엘을 다스릴 자요 목자로서의 직무를 수행할 것이다. 그렇다. 그러므로 오늘날 누군가가 자신이야말로 하나님이 약속한 목자요 예수께서 약속한 목자라고 아무리 외친다고 할지라도 위의 3가지 조건을 충족시키지 않고 있다면 그는 결코 온 인류를 구원할 목자가 될 수 없다. 

마2:5-6 [그들이 그에게] 이르되 유대 베들레헴 [안에서]이오니 이는 선지자(미가)로 이렇게 기록된 [채 있는] 바 6 또 유대 땅 베들레헴아, 너는 유대 고을[들](집권자들,주권자들) 중에서 가장 작지 아니하도다 [왜냐하면] 네게서(너에게서부터) 한 다스리[고 있]는 자가 [스스로] [밖으로] [장차] 나와서, 내 백성 이스라엘의 목자가 되리라(혹은 내 백성 이스라엘을 다스리는 자가 될 것이라) 하였음이니이다

 

6. 미가의 예언에 따르면 온 인류를 구원할 목자의 첫 번째 조건은 무엇인가?

  미가의 예언(미5:2, 마2:6)에 의하면, 온 인류를 구원할 목자는 첫째로, 반드시 유대 땅 베들레헴에서 탄생해야 한다고 되어 있다. 그러므로 유다 땅 베들레헴에서 탄생하지 않는 사람들 중에 아무도 온 인류를 구원할 목자는 없는 것이다. 그러므로 다윗의 직계 자손으로서, 베들레헴이 자신의 고향이었던 예수의 법적 부친 요셉은 갈릴리 나사렛에서 살았지만, 마리아가 구세주를 낳을 그 무렵에는 호적하기 위해 고향으로 내려가게 된다. 천하에 호적령이 내려졌기 때문이다. 그래서 거기서 해산할 날이 찼을 때 마리아가 아들을 낳았는데 그분이 바로 예수님이셨던 것이다(눅2:1~6). 그렇지만 헤롯대왕의 살해 계획 때문에 천사의 고지를 들었던 요셉은 마리아와 아기를 데리고 애굽 땅으로 피신하게 된다. 그리고 헤롯이 죽자 애굽을 떠나 갈릴리 나사렛으로 올라가서 살게 된다. 그러므로 예수께서 공생애를 시작하시던 때 사람들은 예수를 가리켜 흔히들 '갈릴리 나사렛에서 나온 선지자'라고 했다. 그러자 사람들은 "갈릴리 나사렛에서는 그리스도가 나오지 못한다"고 말했던 것이다. 왜냐하면 예언에 따르면, 그리스도는 베들레헴에서 탄생해야 한다고 되어 있었기 때문이다(요7:42). 

 

7. 미가의 예언에 따르면 온 인류를 구원할 목자의 두 번째 조건은 무엇인가?

  미가의 예언(미5:2, 마2:6)에 따르면, 온 인류를 구원할 목자는 둘째로, 오직 하나님이 사람이 되시는 존재만이 가능하다. 왜나하면 마태복음 2:6에 따르면, 그분은 이미 다스리고 있는 이(주권자, 왕)가 스스로 자신을 밖으로 드러내실 것이라고 예언되어 있었기 때문이다. 그리고 이 예언의 원조격인 미가 5:2에 따르면, 그분의 기원은 옛적부터이며 영원부터라고 되어 있다. 고로 이 세상에 태어나기도 전에 이미 왕 노릇하고 있던 자가 사람으로 태어나야 그분이 인류의 구원자가 되는 것이다. 그렇다면, 태어나기도 전에 옛적부터 영원부터 다스리고 있는 자는 누구인가? 그분은 오직 하나님 이외에 없다. 그러므로 구약시대에 장차 인류의 구원자로 보내실 목자에 관하여 가장 많이 예언을 쏟아내고 있는 에스겔 선지자는 그 목자에 대해서 이렇게 예언하였다. 

겔34:11~15 주 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하셨느니라 나 곧 내가 내 양을 찾고 찾되 ... 15 내가 친히 내 양의 목자가 되어 그것들을 누워 있게 할지라 주 여호와의 말씀이니라 

  그렇다. 인류를 구원하러 오실 참 목자는 여호와가 사람되신 분이다. 왜냐하면 여호와 하나님께서 친히 목자가 되셔서 양들을 목양할 것이라고 말씀하셨기 때문이다. 그러므로 자신이 하나님이 아닌 사람은 결단코 주님이 약속하신 목자가 될 수 없다. 

 

8. 미가의 예언에 따르면 온 인류를 구원한 목자의 세 번째 조건은 무엇인가?

  이제는 마지막으로 온 인류를 구원한 목자의 세 번째 조건에 대해 살펴보자. 이 조건에 따르면 그는 셋째로, 헬라어로 '포이마이노'하는 존재여야 한다. 구약성경의 미가서에서는 이 말씀이 '다스릴 자'로 기록되어 있지만, 신약성경에서는 '포이마이노할 자'라고 쓰여 있다. 그러면 왜 신약성경에서는 구약에서 다스릴 자라는 말씀을 '포이마이노'라는 단어로 번역했던 것인가? 그 이유를 종합해 보면, 장차 인류를 구원하러 오실 목자는 '다스리는 자'이면서 동시에 '목양하는 자'여야 했기 때문이다. 그러므로 신약성경에서 '포이마이노'라는 단어는 크게 2가지 뜻으로 쓰인 것을 알 수 있다. 하나는 '목양한다'는 뜻으로 쓰였다. 즉 양떼를 먹이고 기른다는 뜻이다. 그러므로 이러한 뜻에서 한글성경에서는 '포이마이노'를 '목자가 된다'라고 번역하고 있다. 그리고 또 하나는 '다스리다. 통치하다.'는 뜻으로 쓰였다. 이는 그가 왕으로 다스린다는 뜻이다. 그러므로 인류의 구원자는 목양하는 자이면서 다스릴 자여야 하는 것이다. 이제는 그 내용을 좀 더 구체적으로 살펴보자. 

  첫째, 온 인류를 구원할 자는 목자가 되어야 한다는 말의 첫 번째 뜻은 '목양한다'는 뜻이다. 그러므로 그러한 목자는 양떼들을 푸른 초장으로 인도하시고 맑은 물가로 인도하시어 그들을 양육하고 기를 수 있어야 한다. 그러므로 에스겔 선지자는 장차 하나님께서 보내실 목자는 하나님께서 이스라엘 위에 왕으로 세워서 하나님의 백성들을 먹이게 할 것이라고 예언하였다(겔34:23~24). 그러므로 예수께서도 이 땅에 오셔서 제자들에게 "나는 선한 목자"라고 말씀하셨으며, 나를 통하여서 들어가며 나가며 꼴을 얻을 것이라고 하셨다(요10:9). 그러므로 요한계시록에서는 예수께서 친히 자신이 영원한 목자가 되시어, 환난에서 나오는 하나님의 백성들의 목자가 되실(포이마이노) 것이라고 말씀하신 것이다(계7:17). 

  둘째, 온 인류를 구원할 자는 목자가 되어야 한다는 말의 두 번째 뜻은 '다스린다. 통치한다'는 뜻이다. 그런데 '다스린다'는 이 말은 두 방면을 가지고 있으니 하나는 하나님의 백성을 핍박하고 괴롭히는 자를 심판하고 깨뜨리고 쳐부순다는 뜻을 가지고 있다. 이에 시편 기자도 하나님께 장차 기름부으실 자는 하나님의 아들로서 장차 철장(쇠 지팡이)으로 민족들을 질그릇 깨뜨리듯 부술 것이라고 하였다(시2:7~9). 그리고 또 하나는 사나운 짐승에 의해 잡혀간 양떼를 그들로부터 구원해 낸다는 뜻도 가지고 있다. 그러므로 에스겔 선지자는 목자가 하는 일은 양떼를 사나운 짐승으로부터 구출하여 다시는 노략거리가 되게 하지 않게 하실 것이라고 예언하였다(겔34:22). 여기서 사나운 짐승이란 악한 영들로서 사탄과 그를 따르는 귀신들을 상징한다고 할 수 있다. 

 

9. 요한계시록에 기록된 '포이마이노'의 용례는 장차 인류를 구원할 목자에 대해 어떠한 사실을 알려 주는가?

  요한계시록에는 '목자가 된다'는 말의 헬라어 동사 '포이마이노'가 딱 네 번 나온다(계2:26~27, 7:17, 12:5, 19:15). 이 중에서 한 번은 목자가 '목양한다'는 의미로 쓰였고(계7:17), 나머지 세 번은 왕으로 '다스린다'는 의미로 쓰였다. 그런데 한글성경에서는 한 번은 '목자가 된다'로 번역되어 있고, 나머지 세 번은 '다스린다'고 번역되어 있다. 그러므로 하나님께서 보내시는 목자는 목자로서 양떼를 먹이고 기를 뿐만 아니라, 악한 자들로부터 양떼들을 건져내야 하며 양떼들을 해치려는 놈들을 처단할 수도 있어야 한다. 
  그렇다면 이 말씀들에 따르면 과연 누가 목자가 될 수 있는가? 요한계시록 7:17의 말씀에 따르면, 보좌 가운데 계신 어린양이 그들의 목자가 되신다고 말씀하고 있다. 그렇다. 요한계시록 어디를 살펴보아도 목자가 되실 분은 오직 한 분이다. 그분은 지금도 보좌 가운데 계시는 어린양으로서 우리 주 예수 그리스도이시다(계7:17). 그런데 실제로 그분은 이 땅에 태어나기 전부터 '목자'로서 예언되어 있었다(미5:2, 겔34:23~24). 뿐만 아니라 부활 승천하신 후에도 그분은 여전히 목자가 되셔서 하늘에 올라온 성도들을 인도하고 계신다. 그렇다. 그리고 요한계시록 어디에서도 예수께서 또 다른 약속된 목자를 보내 주신다는 말씀은 없다. 목자는 오직 한 분으로서 옛적부터 계신 이이자 영원부터 계신 이만 가능하기 때문이다. 그래서 그분은 알파와 오메가요 처음과 마지막이며, 시작과 끝이시다. 이는 그분 이외에 다른 목자는 없다는 말이다. 왜냐하면 그분만이 우리에게 영원한 말씀과 성령을 주실 수 있으시며, 그분만이 악한 사탄 마귀와 그 졸개들인 귀신들로부터 우리를 건져내실 수 있으시고, 그들을 처단하실 수가 있기 때문이다. 그러므로 오늘날 교회에서 일하는 주의 종들(목사들)은 그분이 맡긴 직무를 수행하는 일꾼들에 불과하다. 다 사역자들인 것이다. '목자'라는 칭호는 오직 예수님 그분에게만 붙이는 것이지 함부로 붙이는 것이 아닌 것이다. 그분만이 필연적인 목자이시기 때문이다. 

 

10. 과연 오늘날 누구는 과연 예수께서 예언한 말세의 약속된 목자인가?

  그런데도 오늘날 신천지의 이만희는 자신을 예수님께서 요한계시록에 약속한 참 목자라고 주장한다. 그는 자신 스스로 그렇게 말한다. 그가 자신이 누군지를 말한 선언서를 잠시 들어 보자. 그는 이렇게 주장한다(홈페이지 참조).

  "저 이만희는 예수님이 교회들을 위해 보낸 약속의 목자입니다(계22:16). 저는 계1:1~2과 10장의 약속같이 속히 될 일을 교회 목자들과 성도들에게 알리기 위해 보냄을 받았습니다. 제가 전할 말씀은 계시록 전장의 예언이 육신이 되어 나타난 실체들을 보고 들은 말씀들입니다. 이 계시록은 예수님이 예언하신지 약 2,000년이 된 오늘날 다 이루셨고, 이루실 때 저는 곁에서 계시록 전장 곧 1장에서 22장까지를 다 보았습니다(계22:8참고)...."

  이분은 처음부터 거짓말을 하고 있다. 왜냐하면 요한계시록에서 교회들을 위해 보낼 것이라고 하는 목자에 관한 말씀은 한 말씀도 없기 때문이다. 그리고 그가 제시하고 있는 요한계시록 22:16의 말씀은 목자에 관한 말씀이 아니라, 사자(천사, 혹은 메시지 전달자)에 관한 말씀이다. 그것도 사도 요한이 요한계시록을 쓰고 있을 당시 예수께서 이미 소아시아에 있는 일곱 교회들을 위해 보낸 천사에 관한 말씀이다. 이때 예수께서는 천사를 보내어 일곱 교회들에게 전할 말씀을 주셨다. 만약 이만희가 곁에서 예수께서 하셨던 이 말씀들을 들어서 소아시아에 있는 일곱 교회들에게 전해 주었다면, 이만희는 신이어야 한다. 왜냐하면 그가 2천 년 전에 예수님 곁에서 그 말씀을 들었다고 증언하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 사기꾼이 또 어디에 있는가? 인간인 주제에 선재하신 하나님의 흉내를 내고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 한글성경만으로 보면, "나 예수는 교회들을 위하여 내 사자를 보내어 이것들을 증언하게 하였노라"고 되어 있다. 그러니 이 말씀을 가지고 말장난을 하는 것이다. 이 본문을 살짝 바꾸어 '나 예수는 [이 시대의 ] 교회들을 위하여 내 사자(약속된 목자 이만희)를 보내어 이것들을 증언하게 하였노라'고 해석하기 때문이다. 그런데 이미 일 년 이상 신천지에 가서 세뇌 당한 사람들은 이 말씀을 들으면 금방 이만희를 지칭하는 것이라고 해석해 버린다. 그러나 헬라어를 보라. 과거형이다. 사도 요한이 성경을 쓸 당시에 이미 있었던 일이다. 그리고 이만희는 자기는 이미 요한계시록에 기록된 말씀이 성취되는 것을 다 보았다고 하는데, 아니다. 아직 성취되어야 할 말씀이 남아 있다. 그런데도 자신은 이미 요한계시록 22장까지 되어질 일들을 다 보았다고 증거한다. 만약 그가 그것을 다 보았다고 주장한다면 그는 지금 신 노릇을 하려고 하는 것이다. 이 말씀은 A.D.95년경에 이미 쓰였고 주님은 그때에 이미 당신의 천사를 시켜서 소아시아에 있는 일곱 교회에 전달했던 말씀이다. 2천 년이 지난 오늘을 살고 있는 이만희에게 전달한 것이 아니다.

  생각해 보라. 지금 이만희가 144,000명의 사람들을 데리고 육체 영생의 나라인 천년왕국에 데려가겠다고 하는데, 그렇다면, 요한계시록 20장에 기록된 말씀처럼 이미 하나님의 말씀과 예수의 증거 때문에 목베임을 받았거나 짐승과 짐승의 우상에게 경배하지도 않고 그의 손이나 이마에 표를 받지 아니한 자들은 한 사람도 못 들어가는가? 그리고 이 동방의 나라 대한민국의 사람들만이 천년왕국에 들어가게 되는가? 그리고 성경에는 첫째 부활을 통해 살아난 자가 천년왕국에 들어간다고 쓰여 있는데, 어찌 육체를 가진 자들이 그곳에 들어간다고 말을 하는가? 그리고 이때는 하늘에서 영의 사람 144,000명이 육의 사람 144,000명 속에 들어간다고 살짝 속이는데, 어찌 영이 있는 사람 속에 또 다른 사람의 영이 들어갈 수 있다는 말인가? 귀신도 사람의 영 속에 함부로 들어가지 못하는 판국에 어찌 사람의 영이 또 다른 사람 속에 들어간다고 사기를 치는가? 그렇다면 그 사람은 대체 영의 사람인가 육의 사람인가?

  우리는 미가서와 에스겔에서 기록된 목자에 관한 말씀을 통해 예수께서 이 세상에 목자로서 오셨다는 것을 살펴보았다. 그분은 우리 주 예수님 뿐이다. 아무나 그 목자가 될 수 있는 것이 아니다. 만약 하나님께서 보내신 목자가 되려고 한다면, 그는 옛적부터 그리고 영원부터 존재하던 자여야 한다(미5:2). 그러니까 하나님이 오셔야 인류의 목자가 될 수 있다는 말이다. 그리고 예수께서는 사람들이 자기를 그 목자라고 사기칠 것을 미리 아시고 장차 보내줄 목자는 3가지 조건을 갖춘 자라고 미리 말씀해 주셨다. 그는 첫째로, 베들레헴 출신이어야 한다. 그는 둘째로, 영원 전부터 왕 노릇하고 있는 주권자 곧 하나님이어야 한다. 그리고 셋째로, 그는 목자로서 말씀과 성령으로 인도할 뿐만 아니라 왕으로서 사탄 마귀와 악한 영들로부터 인류를 구원해 낼 수 있어야 하고, 그것들을 처단할 수 있어야 한다고 말씀하셨다. 오직 이러한 조건을 갖추신 분은 주 예수 그리스도 뿐이다. 그분 이외에는 없다. 그리고 요한계시록을 보더라도, 부활 승천하신 주께서는 누가 목자인지를 알려 주셨다. 그분은 보좌 가운데 계신, 일찍 죽임을 당한 어린양이시다. 그분만이 천국에 들어온 영혼들을 생명수 샘물로 인도하신다. 하나님께서 예수 이외에 다른 목자를 보내 주신다고 말씀하신 적이 없다. 그리고 소아시아에 일곱 교회에게 들려줄 말씀도 이미 A.D.95년경에 주님께서 천사에게 말씀하셨던 것이다. 우리는 다만 주의 사역자가 되어 그 말씀의 뜻이 무엇인지를 해석하고 전달할 뿐이다(그것도 대부분 틀린 것도 많지만). 그러나 오늘날 누구든지 회개하고 순종하여 이기는 자가 되면 그도 144,000명에 들 수 있다(계2:26~27). 아니 말이 필요없다. 지금이라도 천국에 올라가서 누가 144,000명의 자리에 앉아 있는지를 직접 가서 보기를 바란다. 거기에 누가 앉아 있는지를 말이다. 거기에는 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱을 비롯한 구약의 성도들이 앉아 있고(마8:11), 신약의 제자들도 앉아 있으며(마9:28), 지금도 남아 있는 그 자리에 다른 성도들로 채워가고 있다는 것을 보고 있는가?

1. to enter

  Christmas is the feast that commemorates the day that Jesus was born into this world. But his birth is different from other people's births. That is, His birth was foretold hundreds of thousands of years in advance. Even before a person was born on this earth, there has never been a single person other than Jesus who had foretold where he would be born, what kind of lineage he would be born in, and in what way he would be born. It tells us that His birth will be good news that will bring joy to all mankind. Among them, today, through the prophecies about the place of His birth, I would like to examine that only Jesus is the shepherd of all mankind. Again, I would like to examine why Jesus had to come from Bethlehem and what kind of shepherd must be the shepherd who will come to this earth to save all mankind. So, we want to confirm that there is no other promised shepherd other than Jesus. 

 

2. Why did the wise men risk their lives?

  About 2,000 years ago, Jesus was born into this world. However, not a single nation of Israel came to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Then an angel appeared and announced the news of the Savior's birth that night, and the shepherds who were keeping their sheep outside at that time visited the baby and worshiped it. Separately, however, there were scholars outside Israel who only studied the stars in the sky. What did they see in the night sky? Why did they come so far to worship the baby Jesus, who was born not as a prince of their own country, but as a prince of a small country, that is, of Judea, which is a subject of Rome? They lived in an era where transportation was not developed. And they arrived in a state where they could not guarantee their safety. Why did they embark on a long journey that risked their own lives? In conclusion, they valued seeing and worshiping a newborn baby once more than their own lives. Therefore, what we can know from this fact is that the baby Jesus born that day is not just a prince of a nation, but a great king who will affect all mankind. 

 

3. How can the people of this world recognize the great King who will save all mankind?

  Although the wise men did not have the Bible, they believed that through the movement of a star in the sky, the star at that time heralded the birth of a great king. Then, he went on a long journey of 800 km. But they came running, not knowing exactly where the prince would be born. So they head to the distant Jerusalem. It was because he thought that the one who would become the king of the Jews would be born in the royal palace of the Jewish nation. However, there were no babies born in Herod's court at that time. At that time, the king of Judea was Herod the Great (73-4 BC), and he was 69 years old when Jesus was born, and his sons were already mature. Therefore, Herod the Great, who had a strong desire for power, felt threatened by the birth of a new king, so he immediately summoned the chief priests and the scribes of the people to ask where Christ would be born. Then they immediately found the words of Micah's prophecy, and pointed out that the place was Bethlehem. We can see a very important statement here. It means that the birth of Christ, the kingly ruler who will save mankind, did not happen by chance, but was meant to fulfill the prophesied word. Therefore, even if someone appears today and claims that I am the promised shepherd Jesus prophesied, and that I am the Second Coming Jesus, I can tell that he is a fake. Because unless it is prophesied in the Bible, all such shepherds and saviors will be fakes. 

 

4. What is the representative prophecy about the birth of a savior who will deliver all mankind from sin, death, and the devil?

  The oldest of the prophecies concerning the Savior who will deliver all mankind from sin, death, and the devil, was given by God around 4000 BC. It was said that He would send a savior through 'the offspring of a woman' (Genesis 3:15). Then, around 995 BC, the prophet Nathan said that he would be born of the line of David (2 Samuel 7:14). And around 734 BC, the prophet Isaiah prophesied that the woman who would give birth to Him would be a 'virgin' (Isaiah 7:14), who is the Almighty God who will come as a child and a son, who God will become a man to be with us. He said that (Isaiah 7:14, 9:6). And around 700 BC, the prophet Micah prophesied that He would be born in Bethlehem, the land of Judea (Micah 5:2). In other words, he said that the savior of mankind who would be born of David's lineage would be born in David's hometown, Bethlehem. So, what exactly is the content of Micah's prophecy? It is as follows. 

Micah 5:2 [You] Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out  of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel . His origin (origin) is from ancient times (from ancient times) and from eternity (from eternity).

 

5. According to the prophecy of Micah, who is prophesied who will save all mankind?

  Among the prophecies about the savior of all mankind, Micah's prophecy is special. However, the writer of the New Testament, Matthew, who quotes Micah's prophecy, does not use the Old Testament written in Hebrew, but quotes the Septuagint Bible translated into Greek (this should be regarded as a special providence of God). And according to the Septuagint, the Messiah who will save all mankind must have the following three conditions (Matthew 2:5-6).  First, He must be born in Bethlehem, the country of Judah, the hometown of David . Second, He will reveal Himself as a sovereign sovereign . Third, He will carry out his duties as the ruler and shepherd over all Israel, the people of God . Yes. Therefore, no matter how much someone shouts today that he is the shepherd promised by God and the shepherd promised by Jesus, if he does not meet the above three conditions, he will never become a shepherd who can save all mankind. 

Matthew 2:5-6 [They] said unto him, Bethlehem [in] Judea, where it is written [remained] by the prophet (Micah) 6 And  Bethlehem in the land of Judea , O Judea, thou hadoda the smallest, not among sovereigns) [because]  of thee (since from you) a rule [that you] are self [self] out of the [future] came out ,  shall be the shepherd of my people Israel (or my people, over Israel will become one )

 

6. According to Micah's prophecy, what is the first condition of a shepherd who will save all mankind?

  According to Micah's prophecy (Micah 5:2, Matthew 2:6), the shepherd who will save all mankind  must first be born in Bethlehem, the land of Judea . Therefore, among those who are not born in Bethlehem in the land of Judah, there is no shepherd who can save all mankind. Therefore, as a direct descendant of David, Jesus' legal father Joseph, whose hometown was Bethlehem, lived in Nazareth in Galilee, but by the time Mary gave birth to the Savior, he went down to his hometown to register. Because the decree of family registration has been issued under the heavens. So there, when the day for childbirth was fulfilled, Mary gave birth to a son, who was Jesus (Luke 2:1-6). However, Joseph, who heard the angel's notice because of Herod the Great's murder plan, flees to the land of Egypt with Mary and the child. After Herod died, he left Egypt and went up to Nazareth in Galilee to live. Therefore, when Jesus began his public ministry, people often referred to him as 'a prophet from Nazareth in Galilee'. Then the people said, "Christ cannot come out of Nazareth in Galilee." Because according to the prophecy, Christ was to be born in Bethlehem (John 7:42). 

 

7. According to Micah's prophecy, what is the second condition of a shepherd who will save all mankind?

  According to Micah's prophecy (Micah 5:2, Matthew 2:6), secondly, the shepherd who can save all mankind is  only possible for God to become a human being . Because according to Matthew 2:6, it was foretold that the one who was already ruling (sovereign, king) would reveal himself. And according to Micah 5:2, the original case of this prophecy, his origin is from ancient times and from eternity. Therefore, a person who has already reigned as a king before being born into this world must be born as a human being, so that he can become the savior of mankind. Then, who is the one who has reigned since time immemorial, even before he was born? He is nothing but God. Therefore, in the Old Testament era, the prophet Ezekiel, who prophesied the most about the shepherd who would be sent as the future savior of mankind, prophesied about the shepherd like this: 

Gel 34: 11-15 weeks unto the LORD hath spoken and soon I was looking for my sheep ... 15 chatdoe  me personally is the shepherd of my sheep  week though so lay them, saith the LORD, 

  Yes. The true shepherd who will come to save mankind is Jehovah who became a man. Because Jehovah God Himself said that He would become a shepherd and shepherd the sheep. Therefore, those who are not God can never become the shepherd promised by the Lord. 

 

8. According to Micah's prophecy, what is the third condition of the shepherd who saved all mankind?

  Now, let's look at the third condition of the shepherd who finally saved all mankind. According to this condition, he must, thirdly, be a being who speaks  'poimaino' in Greek  . In the Old Testament, in the Book of Micah, this word is recorded as 'one who will rule', but in the New Testament, it is written as 'one who will rule poimino'. Then, why is the New Testament translated as the word 'poimino' for the one who will rule in the Old Testament? To summarize the reasons, the shepherd who will come to save mankind in the future had to be a 'ruler' and a 'shepherd' at the same time. Therefore, it can be seen that the word 'poimino' in the New Testament is used with two meanings. One was used to mean 'to shepherd'. It means feeding and raising sheep. Therefore, in this sense, the Korean Bible translates 'poimino' as 'become a shepherd'. And the other is 'to govern. It was used to mean 'to rule.' This means that he rules as king. Therefore, the savior of mankind must be both a shepherd and a ruler. Now let's look at that in more detail. 

  First, the first meaning of the saying that the one who will save all mankind must become a shepherd means 'shepherd' . Therefore, such a shepherd should lead the flocks to green pastures and to clear waters so that they can nurture and nurture them. Therefore, the prophet Ezekiel prophesied that God would set up a shepherd to be sent by God as king over Israel and feed God's people (Ezekiel 34:23-24). Therefore, Jesus also came to this earth and said to his disciples, “I am the good shepherd,” and said that through me, he would go in and out and find pasture (John 10:9). Therefore, in the book of Revelation, Jesus Himself said that He would become the eternal shepherd and shepherd (poimaino) of God's people who come out of trouble (Rev. 7:17). 

  Second, the second meaning of the saying that the one who will save all mankind must be a shepherd is 'to rule. It means 'to rule' . However, the word 'rule' has two aspects. One has the meaning of judging, breaking, and crushing those who persecute and afflict God's people. The psalmist also said that the one whom God is going to anoint is the Son of God, and he will break the nations with an iron rod (iron rod) like earthen vessels (Psalm 2:7-9). And the other has the meaning of saving the flocks that have been captured by ferocious beasts from them. Therefore, the prophet Ezekiel prophesied that the work of the shepherd would be to rescue the sheep from the wild beasts and make them no more prey (Ezekiel 34:22). Here, ferocious beasts are evil spirits and can be said to symbolize Satan and his demons. 

 

9. What does the usage of 'poimino' recorded in the book of Revelation tell us about the shepherd who will save mankind in the future?

  In the book of Revelation, the Greek verb 'poimaino', which means 'to become a shepherd', appears only four times (Revelation 2:26-27, 7:17, 12:5, 19:15). Among them, once was used in the meaning of 'shepherd' by a shepherd (Rev 7:17), and the other three times was used in the meaning of 'ruling' as a king. However, in the Korean Bible, once is translated as 'to become a shepherd', and the other three times is translated as 'to rule'. Therefore, the shepherd sent by God must not only feed and raise the sheep as a shepherd, but also rescue the sheep from the wicked and be able to punish those who try to harm the sheep. 
  Then, according to these verses, who can be the shepherd? According to Revelation 7:17, the Lamb in the midst of the throne is their shepherd. Yes. No matter where you look in the book of Revelation, there is only one person who will be the Shepherd. He is the Lamb who is still in the midst of the throne, our Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 7:17). But actually, even before he was born on this earth, he was prophesied as a 'shepherd' (Micah 5:2, Ezekiel 34:23-24). Not only that, even after his resurrection and ascension into heaven, he still became a shepherd and is guiding the saints who ascended to heaven. Yes. And nowhere in Revelation does it say that Jesus will send another promised shepherd. Because there is only one shepherd, the Ancient of Days and the Everlasting One. So He is Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. This means that there is no other shepherd other than him. For only He can give us the eternal Word and the Holy Spirit, and He alone can deliver us from the evil Satan the Devil and his minions, the demons, and execute them. Therefore, the servants (pastors) of the Lord who work in the church today are merely workers who carry out the duties entrusted to them by him. They are all ministers. The title 'shepherd' is given only to Jesus Himself, and is not given arbitrarily. Because He alone is the necessary shepherd. 

 

10. Who is the promised shepherd of the last days prophesied by Jesus today?

  Nevertheless, Man-hee Lee of Shincheonji today claims to be the true shepherd that Jesus promised in the book of Revelation. he himself says so. Let us listen for a moment to the manifesto in which he said who he was. He asserts that (see website).

  “I, Man-hee Lee, is the promised pastor that Jesus sent for the churches (Revelation 22:16). I was sent to inform the pastors and members of the church about the things that will happen soon, as promised in Revelation 1:1-2 and 10. The words I will tell you are the words I saw and heard about the reality of the prophecy of the battlefield of Revelation became flesh   . This book of Revelation has been fulfilled today, about 2,000 years after Jesus prophesied , and when it is fulfilled, I  will stand by the  side of the battlefield of Revelation, chapters 1 to 22. I've read all the chapters  (refer to Revelation 22:8)..."

  This man has been lying from the beginning. Because there is not a single word in the book of Revelation about the shepherd who will be sent for the churches. And the words of Revelation 22:16 he is presenting are not about the shepherd, but about the messenger (angel or messenger). It is also about the angel Jesus had already sent for the seven churches in Asia Minor at the time the apostle John was writing the book of Revelation. At this time, Jesus sent an angel to give a message to the seven churches. If Man-hee Lee listened to these words of Jesus and delivered them to the seven churches in Asia Minor, Man-hee Lee must be a god. Because he is testifying that he heard the word by Jesus' side 2,000 years ago. Where else are these scammers? This is because they are imitating the preexisting God of the human subject. However, if we look at the Korean Bible alone, it says, "I, Jesus, have sent my messenger for the churches to testify about these things." So you are playing with words with these words. It is because this text is slightly changed and interpreted as 'I, Jesus, have sent my messenger (Promised Shepherd Man-hee Lee) for the churches [of this age] to testify about these things'. However, those who have been brainwashed by going to Shincheonji for more than a year will immediately interpret this as referring to Manhee Lee. But look at the Greek. it is past tense This was already happening when the apostle John wrote the Bible. And Man-hee Lee said that he had already seen all the words written in the book of Revelation fulfilled, but no. There are still words to be fulfilled. Nevertheless, he testifies that he has already seen all the things that will happen until Revelation 22. If he claims he's seen it all, then he's trying to play a god. These words were already written around AD 95, and at that time the Lord had already sent His angels to the seven churches in Asia Minor. It was not delivered to Man-hee Lee, who is living today after 2,000 years have passed.

  Think about it. Now, Man-hee Lee says that he will take 144,000 people and take them to the thousand-year kingdom, the kingdom of eternal life in the flesh. If so, as recorded in Revelation 20, they have already been beheaded because of God's word and the testimony of Jesus, or they have been beheaded or beasts and images of animals. Can not one enter without worshiping him and not having a mark on his hand or on his forehead? And will only the people of this eastern country, the Republic of Korea, enter the Millennium Kingdom? And in the Bible, it is written that those who have been resurrected through the first resurrection will enter the Millennium Kingdom. And at this time, there is a slight deception that 144,000 people of spirit from heaven will enter the 144,000 of people of flesh. In a world where even demons cannot freely enter a person's spirit, how can they deceive by saying that a human spirit enters another person? If so, is that person a person of the spirit or a person of the flesh? 

 

11. Coming out

  We saw that Jesus came to this world as a shepherd through the words about the shepherd recorded in Micah and Ezekiel. He is only our Lord Jesus. Not everyone can be that shepherd. If he is to be a shepherd sent by God, he must have been from time immemorial and from eternity (Micah 5:2). This means that only when God comes can we become the shepherd of mankind. And Jesus knew in advance that people would deceive him as the shepherd, and told him in advance that the shepherd he would send out would meet three conditions. He must, first of all, be from Bethlehem. He must, secondly, be the Sovereign, God, who has been king from eternity. And thirdly, he said that as a shepherd, not only should he be able to lead with the Word and the Holy Spirit, but as a king, he should be able to save mankind from Satan the devil and evil spirits, and to be able to punish them. Only the Lord Jesus Christ meets these conditions. There is none other than him. And even in the book of Revelation, the risen Lord revealed who the shepherd was. He is the Lamb in the midst of the throne, slain. He alone leads the souls who have entered the kingdom of heaven to the spring of the water of life. He never said that God would send another shepherd other than Jesus. And the words to be told to the seven churches in Asia Minor were already spoken by the Lord to the angel around AD 95. We are merely ministers of the Lord, interpreting and communicating what the word means (though most of it is wrong). However, today, if anyone repents and obeys and becomes an overcomer, he too can be included in the 144,000 (Rev 2:26-27). no need no words Even now, I want you to go to heaven and see for yourself who is sitting in the seats of the 144,000. who is sitting there. There, the saints of the Old Testament, including Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, are seated (Matthew 8:11), and the disciples of the New Testament are also seated there (Matthew 9:28), and the remaining places are being filled with other saints. are you watching
